Lamb Chops and Pork chops

Salted shrimp lamb chop

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Goat’s milk. A kilo
  • Onion. a number (cut)
  • Ginger garlic paste. Two spoons
  • Green peppers. Four numbers
  • salt According to taste
  • Proven black pepper. Ten numbers

Composition

Put all the spices in the pan and cook it in a glass of water until the meat is cooked and the water dries up. Now take it out in a plate and then heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown. Finally serve garnished with lemon, ginger and green coriander.

Lamb Chops and Pork chops

Dum Pukht lamb chop

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Goat legs. Half a kilo
  • The oil A quarter cup
  • Black pepper (chopped). A teaspoon
  • Meat tenderizer. A teaspoon
  • salt A teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic (paste). A tablespoon
  • Lemon juice. A tablespoon
  • Soy sauce Two tablespoons

Composition

Marinate the goat legs with salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed black pepper and meat tenderizer for one hour. Now heat a quarter cup of oil and cook the chanpans in it with half a cup of water on a low flame till it becomes soft. Then serve them with steamed vegetables and french fries.

Chops Takah Masala

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Goat legs. Half a kilo
  • Crushed onion. A number
  • Tomatoes (crushed). Three numbers
  • The oil Half a cup
  • Curd – half a cup
  • Ginger garlic (paste). A teaspoon
  • Green chillies (ground). A teaspoon
  • Kasuri fenugreek. A teaspoon
  • A piece of masala. Two tablespoons
  • Cream – two tablespoons

Composition

Marinate the goat legs with ginger garlic paste, curd and tikka masala for an hour. Now heat the oil and fry the minced onion in it until golden brown. Then add the marinated prawns, crushed tomatoes and green chillies to it and cook on low flame until the prawns melt and the gravy thickens. Finally add cream and serve with green coriander and paratha.

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Lamb chops. Four hundred grams
  • Oregano. A tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Garlic Ginger (Paste). A tablespoon
  • Papaya paste. A tablespoon
  • Lemon juice. A tablespoon
  • Chicken stock. Two tablespoons
  • Soy sauce Two tablespoons
  • Green peppers. For garnishing
  • Coriander: For garnishing

Composition

First fry the lamb chops with oregano and salt. Then add all the ingredients along with the chicken stock and cook the chops. Now garnish the lamb chops on a plate with green chillies and green coriander and serve with the sauce.

Spicy Roasted Chops

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Chanap Six or seven numbers
  • Yogurt Half a cup
  • Ginger garlic. A tablespoon
  • Raw Papaya A tablespoon
  • Cashew. A tablespoon
  • tamarind . A tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder. A tablespoon
  • Lemon juice. Two tablespoons
  • Cumin powder. Half a teaspoon
  • Green cardamom powder. A quarter teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder. A quarter teaspoon
  • salt According to taste
  • The oil As required

Composition

Put all the ingredients except oil on the pans and keep it in the refrigerator for ten to twelve hours. After that, put oil in a hot oven at 400 degrees Celsius and roast the chanpans and serve hot.

Fried Chops

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Goat legs. Half a kilo
  • Ginger garlic (paste). Two teaspoons
  • Green chillies (ground). A teaspoon
  • Poppy. A tablespoon
  • Four brains. A teaspoon
  • Bread crumbs. One hundred grams
  • Almonds (paste). Half a cup
  • Eggs Three numbers
  • salt According to taste
  • The oil To fry

Composition

In a mixing bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, poppy seeds, char nuts, almond paste and salt well. Apply this mixture on the skins and keep them for an hour. Now heat the oil in a pan. Meanwhile, break the eggs in a bowl and beat them. Deep fry the chops by first dipping them in breadcrumbs and then in eggs. The fried chops are ready. Serve them garnished with coriander, salad leaves and tomatoes.

Crispy Fried Chops

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Goat legs. Half a kilo
  • Ginger garlic paste. A teaspoon
  • salt A teaspoon
  • Black paper. Half a teaspoon
  • Ingredients for making the batter:
  • The flour Half a cup
  • salt A quarter teaspoon
  • Black paper. Half a teaspoon
  • Baking powder. Half a teaspoon
  • Celery. A quarter teaspoon
  • Crushed coriander flowers. Half a teaspoon

Composition

Boil the goat shanks with water, ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper until the water dries up and the shanks are tender. Now grind flour, salt, black pepper, baking powder, celery and ground coriander flowers and add cold water to make the batter. Then dip the champas in the batter and deep fry them. Let’s have delicious crispy fried chops ready.

Mutton Chops

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Goat legs. Half a kilo
  • Curd – half a cup
  • Ginger garlic (paste). A teaspoon
  • Green chillies (paste). A tablespoon
  • Cumin (roasted). Two teaspoons
  • papaya. A teaspoon
  • Black paper . Half a teaspoon
  • salt Half a teaspoon
  • Potatoes (cut into slices). Two numbers
  • Tomatoes (cut into slices). Two numbers
  • Mozzarella cheese. A cup
  • Oregano. A teaspoon
  • Garlic Two tablespoons
  • The oil Two tablespoons

Composition

Apply curd, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, cumin, papaya, black pepper and salt on the goat’s cheeks and leave for half an hour. Now put potatoes and tomatoes in an oven proof dish and spread the masala chapans. Then top with oregano, mozzarella cheese and garlic. After that, add oil and bake in the oven at one hundred and eighty degrees for half an hour.

Ginger Spicy chops

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Chanap Half a kilo
  • Yogurt A bowl
  • Ginger (paste). Two tablespoons
  • Red chillies (chopped). A tablespoon
  • Soy sauce Two tablespoons
  • White vinegar. Two tablespoons
  • salt According to taste
  • The oil A bowl
  • lemon. Three numbers
  • Black pepper (chopped). A teaspoon

Composition

Wash the prawns well and put them in the pot. Also add curd, ginger paste, red chillies, soy sauce, white vinegar and salt to it and boil it. When the water dries up, heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the prawns. Now put them back in the pot, add lemon juice and black pepper and simmer. After five to ten minutes, serve the spicy chops with hot naan.

Pan fried chops

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Chanap A kilo
  • butter A hundred grams
  • Yogurt – one cup
  • tomato. A paw
  • Cream – half a cup
  • Ginger garlic (paste). A tablespoon
  • salt A teaspoon
  • Cardamom Four numbers
  • Turmeric. A teaspoon
  • Chopped Red Chilli – One and a half teaspoon
  • Onion. Two numbers
  • Green coriander. A half knot
  • Oil as required

Composition

Boil water, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in a pot. Turn off the stove when the beans are cooked. Heat oil in another pan and fry onion until golden brown. Now add tomato, curd, cream, salt, cardamom and chopped red pepper and fry well. Then add the boiled chanaps and put green coriander and butter on top and keep it on the tail. Let’s get delicious Kadhahi Chops ready.

  • Ingredients Required:
  • Baked pork chops, Four hundred grams
  • Oregano. A tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Garlic Ginger (Paste). A tablespoon
  • Papaya paste. A tablespoon
  • Lemon juice. A tablespoon
  • Chicken stock. Two tablespoons
  • Soy sauce Two tablespoons
  • Green peppers. For garnishing
  • Coriander: For garnishing

Baked lamb chops

First fry the lamb chops with oregano and salt. Then add all the ingredients along with the chicken stock and cook the chops. Now garnish the lamb chops on a plate with green chillies and green coriander and serve with the sauce.
