Soak the double bread slices in water. After some time, take the slice out and press it with both hands to remove all the water. After that, add salt, black pepper, coriander, mint and green chilli to the potato and mix well. Then keep it in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Now add keema, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and cumin in a pan and cover and cook till the water of the keema dries up. Add a tablespoon of potato and mince filling to a slice of double bread and roll it up. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour. Now heat oil in a pan and fry all the rolls until golden. Garnish and serve with ketchup and tamarind chutney.

  • Boiled peas. Ten grams

Heat oil in a pan and then add garlic and cook for a minute. Now add onion, boiled peas, salt, turmeric, kasuri methi, cumin powder, dry coriander, red chilli powder and crushed potatoes and cook for two minutes. Now add green chillies and green coriander. Now take a bread slice and cut its edge and roll it with the help of a rolling pin. Then put the prepared mixture on it and fold it with flour paste. Now heat oil in a frying pan and add the prepared bread samosas and deep fry until golden brown. Enjoy delicious Vegetable Bread Samosas are ready.

  • Chicken (boneless). Half a kilo
  • Potatoes (boiled). 2 digits
  • Cabbage (finely chopped). A small flower
  • Capsicum (finely chopped). A number
  • Carrots (shredded). A bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (ground). Two teaspoons
  • Green chillies (ground). A teaspoon
  • Soy sauce Two tablespoons

Composition Chichken Bread Roll

First, wash the chicken well and add salt, black pepper and a little water in a pan and put it to boil. Add just enough water to the chicken to dry the meat until it falls apart. Now boil water in a pan and add vegetables to it and cook for two minutes only and then take them out of the water and put them in a sieve so that all the water comes out. While the vegetables are cool, mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl and add all the vegetables. When the chicken is well cooked and the water has dried up, shred it and add it to the vegetable bowl. Add soy sauce and green chillies and mix everything well, the roll mixture is ready.

To prepare the rolls, first place the slices on a cutting board and cut their edges with the help of a sharp knife. Then wet the slices with water and squeeze out excess water. Now put the mixture of chicken and vegetables in it and roll it carefully so that it does not break. Beat two eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and black pepper and dip the rolls in the egg and fry. Let’s have delicious chicken bread rolls ready, serve with tea.
