Composition Chicken Manchurian

Add chicken, salt, garlic, black pepper, chopped red pepper and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Then add cornflour and egg and mix again. After marinating for some time, fry it and keep it aside. To make Manchurian, add oil in a pan and add garlic ginger. Then add green chillies and green onions and fry for 30 seconds.

Now add capsicum and onion and fry for some time and then add fried chicken, salt, red pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, chili garlic sauce and sugar to it and mix. After that, add a cup of water and when it boils, add the cornflour mixed in the water. When the curry becomes thick, turn off the flame.
