Recipe:

Mix all the spices, rice, breadcrumbs, eggs and lemon juice in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic to it and fry lightly until the onion becomes soft. Now add mustard and coriander and fry. When the seeds start to crackle, add the rice mixture.

Add the rice masala to the lamb pieces. Then roll and tie the whole piece with thread. Mix yogurt and tandoori masala paste well on it. Place on a disposable baking dish and bake in a covered barbecue grill using indirect heat for about two hours. When the meat is fully cooked, take it out. Keep for 10 minutes and serve in slices.
