Cooperating Foreman what are you going to do?
As a Cooperating Foreman/Foreman Groen, you supervise and actively participate in a group of around 6 employees daily. We are looking for someone who has experience in leading people and who will work enthusiastically as a group leader. You ensure a good working environment and contribute to the development of employees. You also know about plants, nature and tools.
- You are the point of contact for the department head, the person responsible for the department.
- You play a key role between task completion and department in-charge.
- – You manage the day-to-day activities of the group.
- – You help to work.
- – You provide instructions to employees and monitor implementation.
- – You teach employees new skills.
- – You ensure that work is done properly, on time and safely.
- – You set up machines, monitor their use and perform basic day-to-day maintenance.
At Green Company of EMCO Group we carry out all maintenance work within the Municipality of Amman. With around 250 employees spread across 10 departments, we ensure a pleasant green environment for the residents of the municipality. This group consists of permanent employees and employees who learn on-the-job (vocational) skills on a program basis so that they can then move on to paid work.

Cooperating Foreman minimum salary of € 2,404
– The vacancy belongs to a full-time 36 hours per week position, classified according to the SGO collective labor agreement with a minimum salary of € 2,404 and a maximum salary of € 3,481 gross monthly.
– Creating an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17% on top of your salary
- – You will receive a contract for one year, with the intention of converting it to an indefinite contract
